Hi,
I’m interested in the following items:
MIP desktop Captains panel kit
MIP desktop Center panel kit
Electronic kit for desktop captain panel
Electronic kit for desktop center panel
Fire Warning Switch
Master Caution Switch

I have already a MCP (USB version), EFIS (EL) and Radios from CPFLIGHT.
May I ask some question?
Are all items indicated above adequate to complete Central and Captain MIP?
Please, don’t take into account the Landing gear lever, at this moment.
In FAQ you report about the screen for PFD and ND as 17” (quite small) or 19” (quite big), could be a 18.5” the best?
Is it possible to fit in the Center panel my MCP? This is the old USB version, it seems it is not a full scale.
As for the MIP interface board, does it work with PROSIM?
Does it manage all switches, buttons and lights of MIP and Glare wing?
Do all electronic components work with any I/O card?

Thank you in advance and sorry for asking so many questions.
Antonio

No, you would have to add:
MIP737 interface
Sixpack captain
AFDS module captain
Miscellaneous items like wire, etc.

the FAQ mentions the 17" for the "older" desktop kits. These are the mdf desktop kits that were somewhat scaled down to the 85% cpflight mcp that you have now.

The current aluminium desktop kits would best fit a 18 or 18,5" (both widescreen) TFT.

The 19" widescreen is perfect for the MIP pro because of the mip structure the tft can be lowered more. This is not possible with the desktop (unless you are willing to cut a hole in your desk).

The bracket we sell is for the full scale mcp pro and mcp EL.
We used to sell a bracket for the scaled down old mcp aswell, but because this mcp is not for sale for quite a few years anymore and demand stopped, we stopped manufacturing them.

I can check inventory if we still have one somewhere, but no promises. (officially we do not sell it in the webshop anymore)

Yes

Citaat:

YES
you can check the manual, to see what is all supported, here:
http://www.cpflight.com/sito/downloads/mip737mi105.pdf

Citaat:

For switches: yes
sixpack: please note that it is designed for the mipboard. When using interfaces that output 5 volts or more, you will have to use resistors.
led output needs to be common cathode
AFDS: please note that it needs common cathode also
