Hi everyone,

Having solved finally my problem of the functioning of my AFDS, maintaining I have the button FMC which always switched on but in red color (must be Orange ), you could say to me from what it results .

I use a supply of 12V and of 1 Amp for both AFDS .

It is not rather powerful or there is another problem.

I respected the plan of cabling, the button AT works but not AP

Thx

Jeff

Hi,

I'm using the MIP Board, each AFDS are connected in series,( +,+ and -, - ) on a supply of 12V with 1 Amp.

It nor in any noise, just the FMC switched on in red .

When I make a test 1 or 2 all work perfectly, but the FMC always stays in red and during the test it passes in orange/red.

I redid and to verify the cabling yesterday evening and everything is perfectly connected.

Any Idea .

Jeff

if you disconnect all the wires and just connect power to the fmc led and the led common, does it light amber ?

the fmc led should never light red.
Are the caps with the legend in the correct position ?

Hi,
I redid tests during the WE, one by one but nothing to make I always have the LED on the FMC which remains red .

I tested each AFDS separately, and the problem returns every time.

I verified the cabling between the AFDS and the MIP Board everything is connected well.

Last question the supply has to be of 12v but of how much of ampere if we make an assembly in chaine daisy

1 Amp for 2 AFDS or 1 for 1 AFDS ??
